We hate being restricted to one collective identity, so you may have found us under different aliases; The Vampyr Horde/Abyssal Elysium, WebSick System, or something else entirely. Our preferences vary between these collective identities, but we'll go with our most general information here!
We're an adult-bodied system of spontaneous and adaptive origins (we don't like -genic labels, please don't assign them to us!). Our headcount is constantly on the rise, especially the past few months—for us, growth is a positive thing—so any headcount I give here will likely become out of date fairly quickly. We're at over 100, though; much higher if you count fragments and dormancies.
As far as how you should refer to us: Our collective pronouns are ze/hir. We're okay with any terms (bonus points for kenoine terms, though). Generally, we prefer to be treated as separate people rather than parts. If you know who's fronting, try to use their name(s), pronouns, and terms. If you don't know them, feel free to ask!
Boundaries
- Do not use tone indicators when speaking to us! We understand that it's habit for some people, so we'll remind you when it happens. We don't use tone indicators, but we're always open to clarifying our tone. We make an effort to specify tone in brackets when it feels ambiguous.
- We do not have a DNI. That being said, you should generally follow your own when interacting with us whenever possible! If we block you, that's a pretty clear "do not interact".
- We love socializing! However, we're quite bad at it. Social anxiety, autism, and whatever personality disorder situation we have going on make a shitty cocktail when it comes to talking to people. We try our best to come off as friendly; please let us know if we aren't! Conversations are difficult for us, but we're always open to having them.
